Two ways to get involved

Meet your people at a monthly social, or build better health habits with a group that holds each other accountable.

01 · Monthly Social

Sweat & Connect

Run. Sauna. Lunch.

Move together, recover together, and spend enough time together to actually become friends. It's a social morning, not a race or a networking event.

Around ten health-conscious people, rotating Vancouver routes and restaurants, and no awkward name tags. Individual event costs, if any, are announced in the group.

02 · Monthly Behavior Change

Monthly Meeting

Consistency is everything.

A free, structured monthly accountability meeting for people already measuring and improving their health.

What we do at every meeting

  • Reviewing previous commitments
  • Sharing what worked and what didn't
  • Admitting where we fell short
  • Sharing useful lessons
  • Setting measurable goals
  • Making specific commitments for the next month

For people comfortable discussing VO₂ max, bloodwork, fitness, sleep, nutrition, training, and recovery. This group is not designed for beginners.

The People Behind the Community

About Longevity Vancouver

One Home for Vancouver's Health Revolution

Vancouver has the people. It doesn't yet have the home.

Local people are already comparing biomarkers, training their cardiovascular fitness, hosting sauna gatherings, and learning about longevity. The missing piece is a community that connects them.

Jacques watched people he loves struggle with habits that undermine their health, even when they knew better. That experience convinced him that information alone isn't enough.

Most of us know that sleep, movement, nourishing food, and less time on screens matter. Keeping those habits for decades is the hard part. Community can make them easier to sustain.

What the community is for

The free WhatsApp community connects people who enjoy discussing health research, testing ideas, and learning from each other. You can:

  • Discover longevity events in Vancouver
  • Meet local hosts and community builders
  • Share research
  • Challenge pseudoscience
  • Compare health experiments
  • Talk biomarkers
  • Find other people who take their health seriously

A rebellion based on vitality, not restriction.

We're rebelling against unhealthy defaults, not against other people:
